2. Products and Services

We offer digital products including:

  • Digital Edition (Tier 1): Complete eBook in PDF format.
  • Complete Bundle (Tier 2): eBook PDF + full audiobook + bonus chapter.
  • Premium + Coaching (Tier 3): Everything in the Complete Bundle + Exclusive Action Workbook (PDF) + 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching session.

All products are delivered digitally through The Sovereign Vault, our secure members area.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle, our official Merchant of Record.
  • Paddle handles invoicing, VAT, and applicable taxes based on your location.
  • Prices are displayed in USD ($) for English-speaking customers and EUR (€) for French-speaking customers.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing your Sovereign Vault login credentials. Delivery is instant for all digital products. Coaching sessions are scheduled separately within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our digital products (text, images, audio, materials) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of The Golden Crust Co. and its author, Sébastien G. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. User Accounts

  • Upon purchase, an account is automatically created for you to access The Sovereign Vault.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Sharing your credentials or unauthorized access may result in account suspension.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific business results. The Golden Crust Co. shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
