We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your digital product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount.
  • If you purchased a subscription, the refund applies to the most recent payment.
  • No justification is required — we respect your decision.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your purchase email address and transaction number. We will process your request within 5–10 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our official Merchant of Record. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Exceptions

After the 30-day refund period, all sales are considered final. For coaching sessions (Premium Tier), refunds are not available once the session has been completed.
