The man behind The Golden Crust

Sébastien G. — Author of The Golden Crust

Sébastien G. is a French baker who spent twenty years in the trenches of entrepreneurship. He started in London with €20,000 and a dream, lost everything within six months, rebuilt in Paris where he ran his own bakery for eight years, and eventually sold the business to pursue freedom on his own terms.

His journey spans two countries, multiple business structures, toxic partnerships, predatory leases, divorce, false accusations, and the relentless grind of building from nothing — twice. He didn't write this book from a mountaintop; he wrote it from the trenches, while the mud was still wet on his boots.

Now based in Antigua and Barbuda, Sébastien has evolved from operator to architect — designing systems that work without him. The Golden Crust is his blueprint, written so others can build in the light what he learned in the dark.

"I wrote this in the dark so you can build in the light."
